Anything happening at the Anaheim parks to tie in with the new movie?

Havent heard anything, Not sure that they did anything for either of the last 2.

I don't know about anything being tied in with the new movie. The only thing I have read on the Star Wars site is that some of the merchandise created for the DisneyWorld Star Wars weekends event will be available in Anaheim.

They really should have an event like the one in FL at DL but don't get me started on that...

Oh lord yes- I have been 5 years running and I think I am skipping it this year. It used to be about comics- now its about everyother thing in the world between the anima kids, the goths, the card game freaks, video game enthusiasts- there is just too much ground being covered in one event.

Can we please remove the film and television panels so honest to goodness people who have an interest in those areas don't get stomped on by Storm Troopers and Klingons.

Heck yes- did you go last year? The convention exceeds the workable capacity of the SD convention center. It is nearly impossible to get into a main panel and the chaos that ensues trying to leave is horrific.
