I have been tracking the site for months...what is the average training time for a CM? I would have thought they would have started the hiring spree sooner.

Oh! (pounces and huggles the Megara avatar)

I think that maybe they have already started to hire people for the summer?! Train them for Spring Break, so they get use to all the crazy people, who knows. Any CM's out there who can help???

NOTE TO PEOPLE WHO WANNA BE JUNGLE CRUISE SKIPPERS:

Imagine the interview is a bit of an audition. Ham it up and be sarcastic. Let them know you want this posistion.

For the rest of you attractions is looking for cream of the crop, so but your best personality forward. Hide tattoos, men should be clean shaven and all people should have one color hair. Hope this helps.

And the ONE hair color shouldn't be purple, green, orange, blue or fire engine red, by the way.

Oh and a hint: DRESS UP! When I applied most people were in jeans and casual wear. I wore a suit and I stood out. It shows you are taking it seriously and it is not just a silly summer job to get your parents off your back like a lot of them. My interviewer commented on this.

                        so...age requirements for anything...?
You would think that being in New York for eight months out of the year would be cool...not when the closest thing you have to Disneyland is the World of Disney Store on Madison.

Another interview suggestion for Disney: Smile. They really do look for it.

You can probably keep your sideburns I agree with the advice to dress professionally and definitely behave that way! They are looking for people who will maintain the appearance and demeanor of the park and interact well with guests. Just don't act like too much of a Disney geek A cheerful and helpful personality will get you just as far.
