    "Ton of Sub Progress!"

With a simple letter swap, you could have a new name for the attraction: Son of Tub!

Lovely photos. Something about #65 (page 13) tickles my funny bone: Stick a cart in front of it, and maybe nobody will notice.

Those were really detailed photos. (I looked for myself, because I was there that day. Guess I didn't make the cut) Thanks for sharing!

Who ever took the pictures did a great job. Every time I see more progress in the sub lagoon I get more excited about this ride.

Oh I just noticed that they are redoing the waterfall mill at Splash Mountain. I was wondering why that thing has not worked in a long time. Does anyone know what happened to it?

I think it just got waterlogged and stopped turning after a while. One of those things that's bound to happen after decades of continuous use, but isn't it nice that they care enough to fix things like this?

Yes it is awesome that the management actually cares about the little details. Now the one detail on splash mountain that has been missing for ages is the water jets spraying higher. I remember those water jets spraying as high as the drop at one time and it was not so noisy like it is now. It makes almost a grinding noise now if you noticed.

Ah, those were great photos. I wish I was good at photography...

Anyway, I have a question. It maybe silly, but here it goes anyway. In the pictures of the Sub Lagoon, there are yellow...things....shown. Does anybody know what that is? Or...does everyone know what that is except me? x3 I noticed it while riding Matterhorn last week. So...what is it?

It is just covering so they can spray the concrete and make a shape. Now I have no clue why they made them so blocky but we shall see. I just hope they can match the beautiful rock formations they had when they built this attraction. Those rocks were pure artistry.
