  • Happy Anniversary Rod!

According to the latest edition of the Disneyland Line, Rod Miller is going to celebrate his 35th anniversary with Disneyland this month. Just thought to give everyone the head's up, so they can congragulate him once he comes back.

Every time we visit Disneyland, we make a point of visiting Rod. Not only is he a Pre-eminent Performer of Pianistic Pyrotechnics, he's a really nice guy. He always takes a few moments to chat and exchange pleasantries. We've really grown to like him. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, ROD!
"Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."

I've been working with Rod on his autobiography. So far we're 16,000 words into it. I just need to be able to pin him down long enough to get a real, no kidding interview so we can finish with the writing.

Happy Anniversary Rod! I have never had the pleasure of seeing or hearing you at Disneyland, but from everything I hear, you make some of that extra magic. Hopefully one day I can catch you playing. Sigh... with trips about every 6 years its gonna be a long wait.

He is one of my favorite entertainers in the park.
A real showman, and very gracious. He lets people play his piano sometimes, and I could sit there and enjoy it for hours. Happy Anniversary Rod, and thank you.
Goin around the world...and back to Disneyland!

I haven't seen him in a while. Is he on vacation?

I believe that he's currently recovering from some back surgery. Thank you for the music, Rod, and get well soon!
