Today's quote is "Somehow I can't believe there are any heights that can't be scaled by a man who knows the secret of making dreams come true. This special secret, it seems to me, can be summarized in four C's. They are Curiosity, Confidence, Courage, and Constancy and the greatest of these is Confidence. When you believe a thing, believe it all the way, implicitly and unquestionably".
    -Walt Disney

What does this quote mean to you? How did it lead him to success?

This quote means a lot to me, actually. All of those C's can make all of our dreams come true; nothing is unreachable. It takes a lot of hardwork, but if someone believes in his or herself and doesn't relent, the outcome will be good.

Disney had a lot of faith in Disneyland, even if his financeers didn't. It was this drive to create something, even when the money was on the line, that led to his success.
Well, light travels from the sun. Then, bounces off of our planet, and back into our eyes so we can perceive color. My body can intercept that light and dance around on it!

As I've said before, it proves the difference between what can be accomplished by one man with a vision, compared to a corporate board trying to please stockholders (which we have seen in various Disney aspects since Walt's death).

Perseverance. Walt Disney had plenty of that.
