Hi, during Belive theres magic in that stars, and the beggining theres a part where a glowing cirlce star thing, kinda floats above the castle. How did they do it? Was it just on wires? Or what?

Okay, when belive was playing at DL, at the very very beggining, there is a part with some music, and a glowing circle *star thingy* Just floats around the castle. I was just wondering, what is it, and how did they get it too move around castle?

I believe (no pun intended) that that was the Blue Fairy. I think there were two poles, one on each side of the castle, and using the poles and a series of strings and pulleys, they were able to get her to bob back and forth.

Two wires, suspended from two poles. Wind them both in, it goes up. One in, one out, and it goes sideways. And a computer runs it, so the timing and motions are repeatable.

I think they've taken the poles down now that BTMITS is over, but the poles were setup to retract during the day so they were not as obvious. Instead of being up 60 to 80 feet, they retracted to about 20.

It will be used during the new fireworks show in a whole new way that if they pull off correctly will look great.

It is two poles with two wires in the middle. The "glowing circle" thing is supposed to be Tinkerbell. She is far away and gets the firworks started then she flies down later. This was the only way that they could have her twice ... until the NEW firework show! I can't wait to see her do her tricks then!
