  • The Disney Balloon. Coming to a west coast town near you!!!

I just spoke with the media center at Disneyland and found out the specifics regarding the 50th anniversary balloon here in San Francisco.

Tomorrow it will be in Santa Rosa at the Sonoma County airport. It will then go down the north bay to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Unfortunatly I'm over in the East Bay and while I do have a lovely view of the north bay and the bridge from my window, it will be so far away that I won't be able to get a good picture of it. Hopefully someone near the Golden Gate or in the north bay can get pix of it for us.

To get information on where the Balloon is going to be in your area, contact Press and Publicity at 714-781-4500. Also be sure to check your local radio station's websites as it will probably listed on one of them as well.

    Future locations of the balloon:

    Sacramento, CA April 25-26
    Vancouver, BC May 2-3
    Seattle, WA May 9-10
    Portland, OR May 15-16
Salt Lake City, UT May 22-23
    Albuquerque, NM May 25 - 26

I'm out here in the south bay. Too far. But I work in Palo Alto, wonder if I can go out that way for lunch tomorrow.

The only info that they have is that the same locations listed. I'm really searching for the actual location in Sacramento. They didn't have that info just the city, when I called a few minutes ago.

Its possible they don't even know where they are going to be yet. They didn't decide on where it was going to be here in SF until earlier today.
