My close cousin's AP was stolen along with his wallet. How do we go about getting a replacement or are we out of luck?

If you file a police report for the stolen wallet and present the police report to Disneyland, they'll give you a new AP.

Otherwise, it's $30 to replace it.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive.
If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Thanks for the info, I'll call him to see if he filed one.

I was just going off old memory, so I could be/probably am wrong.

You do have to pay to get a new one though, thats for sure. It's either $20 or $30, unless of course, they still honor police reports.

It was $20 for me last Jan. I didn't file a police report either since I lost it.

Disney just gave me another and said that if I found the other one, it wouldn't work anyway. So... yea. I think TicToc got his replaced and found his old one also. Maybe he'd be able to shed some light on the subject.

I had mine lost at one point, and after being incredibly nice to the CM's (I felt sooooo lame!) they replaced mine free of charge, even though they did mention a $20 fee. Later I heard from a friend that the general rule of thumb is one complimentary replacement of a lost pass per term, then $20 charge thereafter. Sounds totally fair to me.

^Are you talking about losing the AP or forgetting it?

If you forget your AP they will let you in free without it once but if you forget it a second time within the same term they will charge you $20.
