  • Bring-A-Friend Ticket?

My Disney Desktop has a news update that says 'Bring-A-Friend Ticket offer to return in May'.

What the heck is Bring-A-Friend? Is it that an APer can get friends in at a discount? Or is it buy one ticket, get another at a discount? I would think it's the first choice, cuz then that would apply to APers. No point in exciting APers on a promotion that doesn't have anything to do with the AP pass, rite?

Haha, so does anyone remember how this used to work? Any insight on what to expect would be cool.

Just wanted to know how popular I'm going to be next month.

Yes, basically an AP holder can walk up to the Main Ticket Booths and purchase tickets for "friends" (aka other than yourself) at a discount. It MIGHT be the 2fer, or another discount (not yet announced).

In the past, I have shown my AP at the window, but the other person paid with their Credit Card (in their name), and they got the discount.

There are some limits, such as only so many tickets a day (I think in the past it was 8).

I got this too and I was wondering does it begin on a certain date or is it in the entire month of May?
