Balcony has tables preimum doesn't, same desserts. Here is the question, balcony over looking or up on the river front? I'd try the chocolate Strawberries...Fan-tabulous. I personally have never paid, my friends got me in because there were openings (off-season), but foods good.

We did the balcony in March and were the first ones seated. Excellent view, dessert buffet and service by the castmembers. For a great unobstucted view of Fanstasmic with no waiting and all the other perks I think it was worth it.

I liked the balcony when I went the first time. It was good fun.

Of course, that was before I was an AP. As a regular guest, I would want the good viewing of the show and would be willing to pay for it so I get more time in the park. As an AP, I wouldnt pay for it because I could just come back to enjoy the park so I would be willing to wait for hours with a blanket, like all the creazy people you see waiting every saturday along the rivers of america at 3 pm.

Do the balcony! We did it twice so far, with no regrets.

for me it's not worth it. All you can eat desserts is not a draw for me and I don't like fantasmic enough to pay for it....

To do the balcony you have to call 30 days in advance starting before 8:00 a.m. The first day I tried it they were sold out in 5 minutes. The next morning I was able to get the 2 tickets that I wanted. As far as payment they required a credit card and they charged it immediately. There are no refunds. I am not sure how often the riverside seats get sold out but I would assume those would have to be paid by credit card over the phone also.

About 5 to 10 minutes before 8:00 and be prepared to hit redial until you get a castmember. On the day that I was able to purchase tickets I had used both my cell phone and house phone to make the calls.

Do the Balcony!! Just make sure that you're in the front row it's first come first serve. You can ask when you make reservations and it is totally worth it!! Now when I watch Fantasmic! I'm like 'you mean I have to stand this whole time! That's outrageous!' No really though. I'm totally spoiled because of it
