I am curious, who does the voice for Tedi Bera In the Holiday version of the Country Bears attraction in Disneyland?

Plus can anyone post pictures of the bear that talks like Elvis?

I am not sure. But I personally think that who ever did her singing voice did a wonderful job singing "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire".

I miss the good ol' bears- it was a show for the ENTIRE family from the youngest kids to the oldest of elders.

ah, just another great attraction replaced by a cheaper, more easy to maintain attraction.

Is it really easier to maintain??

Pooh? Of course it is. The Pooh figures in the ride are all static, little-amount-of-movement figures. They, at most, need a fresh coat of paint.

Now the bears were full-blown AAs. Not as advanced as such Pirates like the Auctioneer, but certainly up there. AAs are very difficult to maintain. If one little thing goes wrong inside, the whole AA could fail. That is why they took it out- its easier to maintain static figures than Bear AAs.

                  That was Eisner for you.

^And not to mention the Bear show took place in a fairly large theatre- which in itself needed constant upkeeping.

Hey - Don't forget the creative room full of big mirrors. Those must be hard to clean! So much more fun than the bears...

Someone needs to shoot Presler and Harris for this. They basically wrecked Disneyland during their reign. I sorely miss the Country Bears.

I oppose capital punishment. Yes I know this isn't the debate forum. My point being, I might make an exception for the two that tried to shoot down a great theme park.

And PS...I liked the original classic Country Bear Jamboree better than the Vacation thing. And I liked the Vacation thing much more than Pooh.
