You know this is at MGM in Florida and not Disneyland right?

We don't get the Disney Start Wars weekends here on the west. Where would they have them any way?

Hmm, If they were to do Star Wars weekends at DLR I would like to see them in one of the slower time periods and not when they are happening at MGM. DCa would seem to make sense for where to hold them, but you would want the fans to be able to ride Star Tours, so it should be in Tomorrowland (IMHO). Its not as clear cut on where to put them as it is at WDW.

How 'bout holding it in Innoventions? Plenty of empty space...certainly no massive crowds to worry about.

There are all sorts of places: Innoventions; "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience"; Club Buzz; Hollywood & Dine; the soundstage formerly housing "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire"; the Backlot Stage; Playhouse Disney; the Hyperion Theatre.

Then its settled. There is no logical reason not to have a Star Wars weekend at DLR. Disney should do it one of these days.

Well I hear Innoventions isn't doing anything right now.

                        that's interesting
"Peter," she asked, trying to speak firmly, "what are your exact feelings to me?"
"Those of a devoted son, Wendy."
"I thought so," she said, and went and sat by herself at the extreme end of the room.

Question (if you know the answer): Do you have to buy a Tshirt to participate or be in the group photo? Anything planned beyond the group photo?

Last year it was take the picture and go ride star tours. However, there was this crazy old guy (bottom left corner of last year's picture), that dressed up like Obiwan Kenobi and roamed adventureland signing autographs. The cast members didn't seem to notice.

I say, since the event is on a Sunday and there will already be MC representation in the Park, we should all crash it!!!
