  • Club Buzz Lives???????

Are you joking, I went to Disneyland today and noticed the club buzz walls were down and guess what was there???? CLUB BUZZ!!! They just changed the way it looks a little. It looks better but still has that bad gold paint job.
I thought they were going to rip this eyesore out?

Wow, I wonder if they're going to bring back that terrible show too?
"Do it for me then. Your gaming buddies are going to be there too. It will be good for you kids to go out and blow the stink off yourselves for one night."

"Fine. For you. And for the eradication of stink."

Well I went today (sat) and it didn't look bad but was still the same structure and same paint color. They repainted it and got rid of those gaudy crushed spaceship toys they had around it but the fact remains that there is WAY too much toy story in Tomorrowland. I would be happy if they would just get rid of that stupid toy theme and bring back the real theme of tomorrow.

                Grrrrrrrrr...

Yes, I was at the Park on Saturday too, and I was surprised to find it still called Club Buzz. What gives??? I will admit, the stage area does look better than it did when they had that horrible show. But I was hoping Disney would change the entire look and get rid of *that name!*

Bring back the original, bring back the Tomorrowland Terrace! The only redeeming factor of that stage on Saturday, was seeing my friend, Brooke, perform with her *boys* on stage. Otherwise, the stage is still an eyesore and needs to have an extreme make-over!

I would have taken the top off and left the triangular things myself.

I don't have a problem with the name Club Buzz for the stage. It's not the greatest name in the world, but it's not really that much cornier than "Videopolis."

It looks much better, I have to admit. I wont care if it stays that way as long as it reverts to doing a different show.

I have to assume/hope that they aren't done yet. The stage top really needs to reflect the Space Mountain pylons and the new or original TL colors. Maybe the stage needed to be reopened sooner for cheerleader days or something...

At least they got rid of those two side junkpiles so far...

The two side yard sale junkpiles, merlinjones, were by far the worst part.

And that confusion: "Lightyear's Above the Rest." Do they mean Buzz Lightyear is above the rest, or did they errantly mean to say he is lightyeears above the rest (in which case, no apostrophe needed).

the show isn't returning, thus the removal of the poorly punctuated "Lightyear's Above the Rest". Even if the paint job isn't done, it is definitely keeping the name Club Buzz...they have bands performing at "Club Buzz" on the schedule right up through May, and no changes will occur after that.

This sucks, I want that thing taken down. Maybe they just didnt have enough time to tear it down and replace it in time for the 50th.?
