  • Souvenir cups?

I was reading on another site about the menus and prices of all the restaurants in the park. It mentioned a "souvenir sipper" for $8. Do you get free refills with this?

No, imagine Disney giving anything away free (except maybe the golden ear hats and cake on the 17th!). You are paying extra for the cup only.
Mom, remember, it's not what a person is like on the outside that counts,
it's what they are like in their HEART!

This is posted on www.mousesavers.com regarding free refills:

"The Grand Californian hotel sells refillable insulated mugs for $7.95 plus tax. Refills on coffee and soft drinks (milk and juice are NOT included) are free at the hotel's snack bar, Whitewater Snacks, ONLY -- not in the parks or at the other resorts.

It's easy to duck out of Disney's California Adventure through the private entrance into the Grand Californian, and Whitewater Snacks is just around the corner from that entrance. If you are staying for several days and you drink a lot of coffee and/or soft drinks, this can save you quite a bit of money.

You can purchase a refillable mug right out of the minibar in your room if you are a guest in the hotel. However, they will charge you extra minibar fees on it. It's cheaper to wait and buy one at Whitewater Snacks.
      AAA Discounts"

Maybe this is what you heard about.

Also, if you buy coffee at the Market House, you can get free coffee refills all day.
            Good morning, son
            In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
            It was pain
            Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
