At one point, the plan was to move passport processing to DCA in the empty San Francisco building. That may still be the case. Someone take a peek and let us know.

Somebody keeps proposing this, and the "study" always proves that they can't do it.
The AP processing center needs to be open all the hours Disneyland is open.
And many folks upgrade from a Disneyland single park, single day ticket. How do these folks get into DCA??
They had a secondary processing center at DCA during December, but it was next to Guest Services, and had no cameras.
There is only one other place an AP processing center could go besides inside Disneyland, and that would be in the Main Entry Plaza area.
