  • The Prairie family

Back in 1995 there was this family that would go to Disneyland EVERY day. Now while this may seem a little odd, it gets even better. It was a mother and three daughters and they all wore outfits that were something out of "Little House On The Prairie". We used to just refer to them as the Prairie family. There was some mention of them in Moustales. Does anyone else remember these folks? Does anyone have any pictures?

Didn't the teenage girls have crushes on the BTMRR CMs?

No pics, but I've seen them as recently as 98! The mom sews their clothes out of matching fabric or something!

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

I wonder what was up with the clothes? They seemed better suited for Knotts Berry Farm rather than Disneyland.

Any of you micehat gals out there a Prairie girl? Confess!!!

Maybe Disney could do a movie about them.

Perhaps something like "The Sound of Music"

I bet they could get Julie Andrews to play the Prarie

I remember reading about them. Really interesting people.

if its the same ones as in mouse tales then yes. kinda funny, but i was just reading about them in mouse tales yesterday. according to the book they had their AP's revoked because of mis-conduct (someone punched someone or something) and either arent allowed back or just arent allowed to have AP's.

I read it too in mousetales. Their mother thought that god had wanted their oldest daughter to marry a Jungle skipper...strange

                    Re: The Prairie family

After the park got a restraining order against the eldest daughter, and revoked her pass, she got another one by using her middle name as her first name. Then the father belived the youngest daughter (who was 12 I belive) to marry a BTMRR worker. After they were confronted on BTMRR trail, they were escorted to the Anaheim police dept. and put up a fight. Thats all I know about them

They were actually undercover white trash trying to plant "Weapons of class Destruction " thru inter marriage. They mistook the BTMRR CM's as part of a hillbilly cult they were trying to infiltrate. Like the Scots, the wal mart plaid was a family symbol only recognized by other Catskill Cults.

Wow, from being a Jungle Skipper, to being part off the KIIS fm fiasco, to witnessing this... 1995 was quite an interesting year for you!

Since that was over 10 years ago, I'm assuming that the Mom no longer makes their clothes.

For their current whereabouts, you may want to check out the HBO series "Big Love".

Or maybe the Duggar family didn't always live in the South?

                              maybe they are Menonites.
Kinda like Amish, but they can wear colored clothing.
I swear I think I have seen these people a long time ago, like the eighties, and nineties.
But they sound a little loony!
Goin around the world...and back to Disneyland!
