Nothing at all. Open it back up, make TL more inviting to guests. I always thought placing that beast in the entrance was too constricting to crowds, and now with the Buzz que, it chokes off that side pretty badly...
Honor those who fall under the sword.
But pity the warrior who has slain all his enemies.
I am all for a smaller fountian or something to pay tribute to TL of the past. I would love to see all the plans Al talked about happen. Really doing the peoplemover revamp would be more costly then anything else having to redo the full track. Also would they keep the stairs and elevator in the center or bring back a speed-ramp?
Then there is a BIG problem that will have to be looked at again.....how to get people from the ground up to the Rockets again. I think the elevators were the biggest problems with the attraction the first time. It would take forever and it always seemed that one of them would be down for some reason. Again I would LOVE LOVE LOVE for both of these things to come back to us and hope they do. I just really can't wait to see how WDI takes on these problems in the 21st century.
Walkway - The Ride!
Adventures Through Open Space
Concretabration! Where your feet hit the pavement in tune to the soundtrack of Tomorrowland
Mission:Space (not the transplant from EPCOT either)
Anything listed on the park maps as an attraction is fair game for inclusion in the Rally.
I cannot confirm nor deny the inclusion of any attraction in the Rally.
I agree with leaving the area open. That would do wonders to improve traffic flow and make TL more inviting/accessible. I'd also like to see those concrete rock formations gone.

I like the idea of leaving the walkway open. As stated, the Astro Orbitor now serves as more of an Obscur-atron, blocking the entryway to Tomorrowland.
Leave it open, and concentrate on revamping the rest of TL.
Bring back Tomorrowland Terrace, with good family bands.
Something new and spectacular in Innoventions,
Something new in HISTO,
and (can't we dream) A Star Tours Up date!
A space-age Bellagio-style dancing waters fountain - like the cool one at The Farmer's Market mall.
That sounds cool, as long as it doesn't take up too much space. I believe there used to be a planter there long ago, so it was never completely "open".
I also agree that those fugly rocks need to go.

but do we honestly want the entrance to tomorowland to be all concrete? i like the fountain idea but lets think about walt's "weenies"!
the observatron, a fountain, anything of the like in front of tomorowland would draw attention to the entrance to the land and the rockets in the back would draw your attention further in.

what do you think?
The return of the PeopleMover would create movement at the front of Tomorrow land to draw you in. It doesn't need to be all concrete somthing with a much smaller footprint would be fine.

How about leaving an open walkway, but incorporating fiber optic type lights in the ground like Innoventions @ WDW?
Leave it open to allow a better flow of trafic. If the peaple mover is back then that alone will cause peaple to go into the land. The way it is now, there is no reason to go into tomorrowland except to get a pizza.

How about Space Babes in shiny silver suits handing out fast passes to Space Mountain?

I think leaving it open, and paving it underneath with lights somehow (like seenoevil suggested) would look fantastic. Also, I like to have an unobstructed view into the land. Astro Orbiter completely wrecks the view.
wide open walkway with the fiberoptic lights in the ground flanked on both sided by fountains (mini-scale Balagio style) with fiberoptic light effects behind the water
cool during the day but just imagine the light and motion impact at night!
