I can barely remember the people mover, my question is, didnt you line up for the ride where buzz lightyear is now? Going through the room with the huge screen, just like the rocket rods? If i'm correct, how will we line up if the rumors are true and we get the people mover back????

The big screens were in the Innoventions building.

Yeah, there were speedramps at the base of the loading platform, on the west side, pointing toward the TL entrance. The Buzz/RR queue was the CircleVision theater (just like it appeared in the RR queue, though with different films; the first part of the RR queue with the "blueprint" vehicles was the waiting area for CircleVision)

The speed ramps really kept the line moving too, it was constantly loading and un loading people non stop... The great thing was you didn't have to wait 30 minutes to get on... and the ride time was relitively long as I remember it... The speed tunnel was awesome... It was a film that depected you on fast moving machines... Cars and Boats... Then they put in the Tron sequences, which was as cool I thought but it was the effect that was cool...
You could look at the inside of rides like Space Mountain which was something I always liked... and it integrated giving you a preview of rides in the park offering a differant point of view... It made you want to ride those attractions...
The best part of it was the color cabins moving above you as you travelled through TL... Tomorrow was a world where everything is kenetic... And freeways exist in the sky... (this is from a kid's point of view...) I thought it was awesome.Check out my other blog:

Yeah, it was a real people-eater, and really let you enjoy an almost backstage feeling like you get from the Mark Twain when you see the (formerly) burning cabin, plus you get to enjoy spectacular panoramas you don't get to see from the walkways.See, George Lucas? I'm not the only one! [<-- i.e. this is not my site]
