Is Splash Mountain open yet?

Does anybody out there know if Splash is open yet. And if so, have they fixed the fifth seat problem? I am planning to go on Saturday, and I would like to be able to get on it. Thanks

It has opened but has been reported to still have the problem with loading the back seat.

I rode it last weekend and it seems the water level was much higher than the last time I rode it, does this help with the floatation of the logs?

I don't know about the flotation, however the increased water level can increase the amount of water the can flow into the log and can increase the chance of every passenger getting their shoes very wet.
