  • 3 new big figs at Disneyland Resort

Three new big figs have shown up recently at the Disneyland Resort.

The redhead from Pirates is now available, a good companion piece if you have the auctioneer. Here's a picture of her: http://www.colddeadfish.net/images/DLR/redheadbf.jpg.

There's also a new big fig of Sleeping Beauty playing with her woodland creatures. Here's a picture of that piece: http://www.colddeadfish.net/images/DLR/briarrosebf.jpg.

And there's a big fig of Mickey and Minnie dressed in their Halloween costumes for this year, which is on all of the Halloween-themed merchandise this year. Here's a picture: http://www.colddeadfish.net/images/D...alloweenbf.jpg.

How much do they run on average if you don't mind me asking?

I want the Briar Rose one soooooooo badly... :shy:

In other news, an amazing artist from the the watch shop just got news that the full on picture she drew (see 50 pin below for the basis of the picture) was approved to be used for Original Artwork watches. It's the most beautiful and tenderly loving picture of Phillip and Aurora I've ever seen. I will probably end up getting it shortly after it shows up in the store...

I'm such a hopeless romantic...

I mentioned two of these big figs (the Redhead, and Halloween Mickey & Minnie) in my 8/22 PHOTO UPDATE thread. Big Figs typically run $175, unless theyre significantly smaller, or significantly larger, or with extra special features (special lighting, movement, etc).

The RedHead Big Fig runs $175. The Halloween Mickey & Minnie are a set of two removeable big figs that come with a spiderweb-design base. The set is priced at $175.

I'm not sure about the Sleeping Beauty big fig. But I would guess it's $175 as well.

Most of the big figs I saw last week in both DL and DCA were $150, including the Redhead (and I would not mind paying that for her, might I add).

            That's not a big fig.

            THIS is a big fig:

I'm willing to bet you can't buy that one for $150, though. Disney would charge you at least $500,000 for it.
