Block Party Bash! what do you think?

I personally was exstatic wehn I saw the pics from the previews. It looks so wacky and fun and everyone in the audience loved it. from other sites people wont stop talking about how awesome it is. I know I am stoked to see it. check out these pics and review.

I was one of the fortunate people to see the public preview on Saturday and I definately enjoyed myself. There was a good sized crowd and I heard more than one person say they are planning to come back and see it again. Here are a few photos:



Before the actual event, several of the Green Army Men came out and held a "Block Party Bootcamp" to prepare the crowd. They informed us that they wanted the guests to participate by jumping, screaming and dancing.

I saw it in person. I thought it was a really nice touch to DCA. Its so active and the crowd was really has fun with it. If u like to have fun, this is a really fun thing to do and it really is like a party. The kids will love it as will the parent and everyone else too.

you know what i have heard like 10 comments about the girls in block party. yes they are very hott I must say, but DCA presents and awesome new show and all people can think about is the girls. Once again this parade looks awesome by the way!

I have only heard one negative comment and thats from someone who never gives DCA a chance(woody) so his opinion isnt really honored to most people. anyway, Block party already looks like a hit for DCA.

We saw the Block Party Bash today. It was awesome! Flik pulled my daughter to go dance with everybody! Great show, and the enthusiasm is contagious!

Block Party was hands down the best thing I have seen come DCA's way since... opening day! Let it be known that I *HATE* Pixar with a passion, but I thought Block Party Bash! was just phenomenal!!!

I also saw Parade of Dreams today (May 4th) and while it was nice and rich with spectacle, the show stops were too long and the "energy" and guest interaction that Block Party creates just wasn't there. Maybe PoD will improve as they tweak it, but for now, believe it or not, I think BPB! gets my recommendation.
