Something GNU is happening with the Jungle Cruise

I just wanted to start a thread over here about the under the radar Jungle Cruise since its over at Mouse Info regarding the new Jungle Cruise additions. They are saying:

In the Camp sequence instead of the gorrila pointing the gun itself he points it at you and fires, and all these different pyrotechnics go around you.

Thats all i have heard, do any of you know anymore things going on, is it still going to be comedy or are they going to make a serious,
what do you guys think.

I can confirm there will be a pirahna sequence. Not sure what it will entail though. This is not new news though I realize.

I hear there are real pirahna in the jungle cruise water. Guests would dump them in while on the ride. Divers are scared to go in there.

It is scheduled to be up by the 4th. I would not be suprised if it had a soft opening earlier though. Especially since the skippers will have a new spiel to get comfortable with, not something to be stammering over when the cameras are rolling, or the next day when 1 trillion people are flooding into the park.

No real pirahna of course.

I'm excited for all the videos on 6-7, I'll have so much to watch! Fireworks footage, parade footage (FANTASMIC 2005 FOOTAGE *cough*) block party bash footage, new ride announcements footage, castle unveilling :P so much! I'm excited, get tons of video for evan!

I always come to the park with a pocket full of pirahnas. They make me park my alligator outside though.
