ok, i may have missed something. where is the electrical parade? last time i checked it was right in DCA like its supposed to be and now i can't find it anywhere on the official calendar! does anyone know why it's gone, where it is, and when it's coming back?!

As I heard from CM's working this parade, it was only meant to be seasonal. The contract ran only through the summer and it has in fact run out; which means no more Electrical Parade for now. They'd actually have to conduct auditions again to get a full cast.Julie Rei

It is offseason, even though DCA doesnt know what season it is. MSEP is seasonal so expect it back in December and maybe April.

Maybe they've finally retired the ole girl. Even as a kid this parade left me cold. The giant carny lights never seemed all that magical. I did like the music though. I wish they could create a new version using the LM technology.Women, they make the highs higher and the lows more frequent.Comment

As much as i love the ELP, it needs to be replaced, we have much better technology than glorified christmas lights... It needs to go, and be replaced with something bigger and better, don't be afarid of change!!!Comment

I was going to start a new thread about The Electrical Parade but I won't need to now. I wanted to share a video I created mixing our current parade with the Holiday Baroque Hoedown Soundtrack and you can only find it on YouTube here:
I even enhanced the video with a cool holiday effect. It's my way of saying Happy Holidays to all of you wonderful Mice Chatters.Comment
