Pirate Entertainment and Jack Sparrow Walk around Character

I am planning on going to DLR on Sept 24. And was wondering if the pirate entertainment and Jack Sparrow Character will still be there?

Unknown, but on Monday, I saw the Pirates Band out.

So there is a good chance.

I was there on the 9th and i saw both The Pirate Band in NOS and Jack Sparrow in NOS.

I have no idea. I was really sad that I didn't see Jack Sparrow out on August 17th and haven't heard much mention of him lately. Has anyone seen him since mid-August? But the pirate band and other pirates were out that day.

I hope they will all still be around at Christmas time. My sis and I had a blast following Jack around this summer for about 20 minutes. We also had a lot of great interaction w/ some of the other pirates who hang around. They were some of the best entertainment we had that whole trip. We are going again right after Christmas and we want to hang w/ the Pirates again.

Jack comes out every day, you just have to keeping checking NOS. He comes out in the afternoon...apparently he's not restricted to a tight schedule, though. The CMs have told me that he comes out as he pleases. lol

I doubt they'll get rid of Jack...he's hot stuff in the park right now. The pirate band has also been very well-recieved...and let's also not forget that next summer Pirates will re-open again after yet another refurb and another movie. The pirate decor isn't being shelved just yet, so I'd imagine the entertainment would stick around, too.

You know what would be awesome? If the pirate band performed holiday pirate songs! I'd love to see that...hehe.

Yes. Pirate entertainment is slated 'till Oct., once that point is hit, things are up in the air.

I saw him today. I was standing in the POTC queue (where else?) and I saw him over at the pirates band stand. For a moment, I considered jumping over the fence, but I figured I'd be out of POTC within 10-15 minutes. Where could he possibly go within such a short timespan?

I came out and he was gone! Swallowed by the Kraken! (ok, that last bit is a lie).

I could kick myself.

You must be dilligent to catch up to Captain Jack!
We were there for six days three weeks ago, and we really searched, hung out in NOS, met all the pirate entertainers (who are great, and know already that you are trying to wiggle information about Jack), They do a really cool little pirate skit on the Columbia also, so give that a try.
Anyway, on the 6th day we finally got him! He is on the move constantly, he doesn't just stay put. Good luck!
