Do Operational Participants get a better deal than Full Time Walt Disney Company Employees they get Health Insurance, Free Passes to the parks and Discounts on Food and Merchandise the same as Park Cast Members but without cowtowing to the Mouse! What are your thoughts?

Do you mean operating participants like working at downtown disney? they do not get sign in privilages like statused cast members.Comment

At my wife's store in DTD only the manager and assitant get sign ins and health insurance. The rest of the associates get free admission into the park with their green IDs and a 20% discount. Of course benefits at other locations depend on the company.Comment
