Indiana Jones On Saturday

Hello -
Saturday 9-16-06 we had fast passes to Indiana Jones at 6:45 and got to the front around 7:00-7:10. Just as we got on the ride vehicle the ride shut down and we waited and waited and three maintenance guys went in following a cast member. They came out several minutes later then went upstairs to the control room and I saw 2 firemen going up there as well. Well the ride finally started about 15 minutes later and when we came back to the loading/unloading area the Cast Member asked us if we wanted to go a second time and they let us.
Do they always do this when Indiana Jones breaks down? It was very nice but I felt bad for the people in the line.

ive never experienced that...i dont think its normal, even after the ride has been down, cuz they would try to get as many people on as they could. Thats pretty nice of the CM tho.

when we were there in August Indy broke down for about 10mins while we were heading under the bridge. when we finally made our way back to the loading area, the CMs let us go around one more time as well. it was a nice thing to do for those of us that got stuck for a bit of time

I've seen it happen on Space Mountain, when I broke down in Indy, the park was already closed so we got a front of the line pass for any ride on any date. I still have it.

yeah they always do that. i think its their way to show that they do care that we spent all that time in line. it hapened to me when we got stuck. we ha to go throught the whole ride with no music. we went again though!

I've never seen that happen on Indy, but I have on Space Mountain. The CMs let about two or three cars ride a second time because of the shut down.

My wife and her sister were in line for Roger Rabbit once... had already been in line for about 30 minutes when the ride went down. Over the next 10 minutes enough people left the line that their "30 more minute wait" from their position in line dwindled to 3 people in front of them. When the ride opened they got on in about 15 seconds. Never been given second ride around as I've never been on a ride when it's broken except the monorail and it broke broke. That was kind of fun though.
