How to get to Disneyland Hotel?

Ok, here's the thing. I'm going to Disneyland Friday to do a last hurrah on the 50th ( ) and I need to head over to the Hotel. There's just one problem, HOW DO I GET THERE? Do I take the tram or do I walk, and if so, where? I am really bad with walking to the Hotel because I've gotten so turned around, can someone help me?

by a road or walking? you can leave the park and walk straight down DTD (downtown Disney) and it will take you directly to the hotel and the hotel courtyard, it's about a 15 minute walk from the resort.

The best thing to do is to walk, and it is easy.

From the Main Entry Plaza and the Ticket Booths, head WEST thru the Security checkpoint and towards the World of Disney store... keep walking west thru Downtown Disney, at the west end near the AMC theaters and the ESPN Zone you will see a LARGE Mickey Sorcerer Hat, walk to the hat, and then underneath it, once you walk under the hat, you will be at the hotel.

Trams do not go to any of the hotels, just to the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure, and the Timon lot. Neither are any help to getting to the hotels.

Oh ok! I never understood why they disconnected the Hotel, even with a short walk like that. It may take me that long to get from one end of my college campus to the other.
