  • One of Disneyland's best kept secrets...

Has anyone heard the Delta Daddy-os in NOS? That area needed that kind of entertainment for years. They say they've been there for two years. Why haven't I seen them before?

Are they 3-4 guys that throw out necklaces?

If so, we saw their show beginning to end twice last year at Christmas and they are amazing. Beautiful voices, lots of character, and a lot of attention to individuals.

They sang happy birthday to my daughter one day and loaded her up with necklaces, and another day they sang a song to all three of my daughters and me....it was really beautiful (can't remember the song ), and we'll never forget it! Well, except for the song. Doh.

We have a lot of pictures with them, they were so great to talk to and very appreciative of all the compliments they received after the shows.

Are those the guys that use only their voices and no instruments? Cuz if it is, those guys are abolutely amazing. I always stop to listen to them sing.

        Good morning, son
        In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
        It was pain
        Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Are you sure they said two years? Because I've never seen or even heard of them before last weekend. A friend was looking for them on Sunday but couldn't find them, and I ended up catching them on Monday last week. They were pretty good. And yes, no instruments - a capella.

I saw the title on this thread... and all I could think of was the Disney Vacation Club.

now we know Disney can't keep a secret!

They did Fantasmic! pre-show on Sunday. They're awesome.

^ They did the preshow for F! on Sunday, I was there as well. I personally think they are an outstanding group! However, I felt that there wasn't an overwhelming response from the audience. With the instruments of the River Rascals and the Side Street Strutters, it is hard to ignore them and have a conversation, but with the DD's, it was easy to drown them out and have a conversation. I think having them in NOS is the perfect venue for this group, as each group is created to have a certain feel. As amazing as they are, I don't think pre-show F! is the correct venue for this group.

Really? the center-left side was very welcoming to them. I was over there and we were having fun cheering them on and singing along.
I thought they were a lot of fun and high-energy.

                      .

                      .

They are how I got the idea of throwing bead necklaces to kids when my band does concerts. The kids love them. I buy them in bulk and just throw them.
