    "Seafarer" Subs and their colors

    Disney has released what appears to be art of the final colors for the new Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage. Also is a logo for the attraction. What I do like about this logo is how small "Finding Nemo" is compared to "Submarine Voyage".

    Aha. The black is to not interfere with the projection images, methinks.

                It's a locked .pdf file. You can't download it or edit it. I know of no way to pull an image from this type of document. Does your Mac have the Adobe viewer or are you on a dial up connection. The document is almost 50 pages long.

                    Firstly, I have an iBook using Mac OS X Tiger.
                    I opened the PDF in Preview and zoomed in on the file.
                    Then used Command+Shift+4 to select an area to take a screen schot.
                    That's about it.

                      Hey.. I have a Mac and mine loaded quickly! :lol: Maybe you need a new Mac... or a faster connection!!


                      I wondered if they were going to go for yellow on the subs since the preview pics we've seen of them they are already painted yellow. The artist concept looks really cool! I like the black on the bottom part and the bright yellow on the top. Only thing is I see those and I think of the Beatles song, Yellow Submarine!

                            They won't. Guests who are unable to leave their wheelchairs to enter the subs will be able to use a special viewing area at the station.

                              If you're a Mac OSX user, you can download the file, if you want to keep it for any reason. It's a locked file, so you can't copy any part of it or drag the file into Illustrator to edit it - but you can read it and even print it.

                              Just open Safari, go to the Window option, and click Download on the menu. Your Download manager will open up and then you can just drag the link to the .pdf file into your download manager, and it'll download to your desktop.

                                i like these subs! I LOVE THEM and i cant wait to ride them too! i like that black on the bottom...makes it look sleek and new!

                                  Al Lutz has been mentioning what WDI will be designing for folks in wheelchairs in his updates for about a year. But basically, a person in a wheelchair rolls into a little booth with a video screen and watches the basic scenes they would see if they could walk down the narrow staircase into the submarine.
