Mickey dancing down Main Street with the DL marching band, then later in the afternoon Minnie was dancing on Main Street too.
Goofy in Parade of Dreams. He got himself tangled in his gold flag and Princess Aurora helps him. Very cute.
This was on Sunday. I was on TSI and was very amused by this duck who was sitting on a rock by the drop of Splash Mountain. He was completely unfazed every time a log came down.

All the characters were out on Friday, including Mary Poppins and her penguin friend Rufus. I have a video of them greeting guests, if anyone wants to see it (I wasn't sure.)
