I've been reading everyone's posts for a while and have been thoroughly enjoyed.
Here is a story that I feel I have a moral obligation to share...
My best friend and I in high school wanted to ask these two girls we liked to the Homecoming Dance; after thinking about it for a couple weeks we finally came up with an awesom idea...
We made these giant signs asking them to homecoming (about 3ft square each) and we folded them up and put them in a backpack. The first ride we went on was Splash Mountain. When we got to the rafts, my buddy and I told the girls that we wanted to sit together and in the back. They thought it was weird, but they obliged. Well, right when we went down the last giant hill, we whipped out the signs and showed them to the camera and right after the splash, we stuffed them back in the backpack. The girls didn't notice anything.....Then when we went to go look at the pictures, both the girls saw the pic at the same time and they were laughing so hard. The first girl (my buddy's date) said yes and my date was laughing too hard to say anything--I finally had to ask her for an answer, and of course, she said yes.
Of course we bought the picture and 10 years later, we are all married to other people, but we still hang out with each other's families. We get that picture out often to look at it and laugh.
