Re: Do you sound professional?? or Pleasing Asian Tourists
Well I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I have been walking around Disneyland and been stopped by random people asking if I was a cast member. It always struck me as funny because I would be wearing just jeans and a t-shirt, and maybe a pin lanyard while other CM's were in full uniform. So maybe they overheard me and said "She works here!" or maybe not... *shrug*
Disneyland Visits - 264
DCA Visits - 52
and counting...

Re: Do you sound professional?? or Pleasing Asian Tourists
I am Asian so when I go to theme parks a lot of Asian tourists will approach me for help when they are lost or confused. I help them when I can but sometimes they speak to me in a language I don't understand. I'm Chinese/Taiwanese and I speak Mandarin so if someone walks up to me speaking Korean, or Japanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Cantonese (I've gotten all of these languages before) I apologize and say, in English, that I don't understand....
At the same time, if I'm out and about and I hear someone speaking in Mandarin and they are looking for something or are confused about something, I'll randomly bust out my Mandarin skills to help them!
My best score ever!
