So I arrive tomorrow afternoon, about 5 PM, for 6 glorious days at Disneyland. What is the first thing i should do when I get there? Suggestions appreciated.

go into down town disney and have a wonderful dinner, then go see a cool movie thats playing. or you could listen to all the great music playing there and do a bit of shopping
what ever you do I wish I was there doing it

When someone has as many days at Disneyland as you have, the order of things does not seem as important. For those who have only ONE day to see Disneyland, then ordering things properly to see as much as possible becomes important.
You asked for a suggestion...
Well, I would suggest to do Disneyland and DCA on different days. It might take about four days for Disneyland. DCA might take half to three quarters of a day.Comment

So I arrived about 5 PM DL time .. checked into the hotel, and walked around the park for about 2 hours .. just taking it all in, recharging my pixie dust and remembering how to fly... schooled the CM's in the Opera House about the error in their nametag display .. caught Pirates and Star Tours ... and just felt the energy and healing magic that is Disneyland. BTW, I will be wearing my guest nametag, which is pictured below ... so if any of you MiceChatters see me, say hi, or punch me in the stomach, or buy me a churro or a dole whip .. lol..
