Um... I think this is something you should probably ask your parents... I don't think it's appropriate for us to be answering it... :shy:Julie Rei

Here is an example.
The folks working the Monorail went mainly to the Autopia, but also other Tomorrowland attractions.
Now many of the Autopia CM's are being trained to work Buzz Lightyear, since the Autopia is closing for a few weeks (due mainly to allow work on the Monorail and Sub Lagoon queue area).
CM's are usually assigned an area (such as Tomorrowland) and stay in the area.
Also, CM's whose primary attraction is closed also work a lot of Guest Control shifts, for Parades, Fireworks, Fantasmic!, etc....Check out my Theme Park Photos at http://darkbeer.smugmug.com

Ya, you work for a specific area. Such as New Orleans, Tomorrowland, Toontown, etc. For example, a friend of mine who works at the park was brought in for Haunted Mansion and shifts between Splash Mountain and Pirates and Mansion because he works in NO/CC area. I don't think he works Pirates much, but he has been trained to do it. Many times they get trained for more than one ride so they can be shifted wherever they are needed.I LUV DIZNEELAN. YAY

I would guess that most rides are closed for rehab during the off season. And during the off season some workers have to attend school. So the workers who work the ride that's being refurbished will take their spot for the tiem being and return when their ride opens. That's my guess. Seems logicalLove WoC!!!
Next DL trip: August 2011

...and most CM's are "CR's" meaning "Casual Regular", so that can be anywhere from 0 to over 40 hours per week of work.
Zero is the key number there, if they don't need you to work, you don't get any hours (new schedule comes out every week). Or very low amounts, like 15 to 20 hours.-Wes
