We're planning to go have breakfast at Storyteller's Cafe and then a late lunch at Carnation Cafe when we go for my birthday. I'd like to know if I can use my rewards card along with my Premium AP discount. Thanks!

Re: Using Disney Visa Rewards at the Park
Just clarifying what you are asking -- do you mean can you show your AP to get the discount and then pay using your rewards card or are you asking if you can get a double discount?
I think I can answer the first option - when we went to Goofy's last year we didn't have our AP's yet. My friend was at the counter with me when I was paying and she said something about the discount and I told her we hadn't upgraded yet. I'm not sure what the cashier heard me say, but she gave me the premium discount (and the dining pin too!) and I was able to then pay with my actual rewards card (the rewards earned with using my Visa card). Does that help?
I don't know about the double dipping on discounts -- in fact, I was just wondering about that last night!! Anyone?I love my awesome crazy wonderful friends!!

Ok, do I have to pay with my visa card or can I just use me rewards points and then get the AP discount? I'm kinda confused now.sigpic"To all who come to this happy place, welcome!"

If you are into pins, don't forget to ask at the pin shops for the Visa Cardmember exclusive pins. You don't have to use your Visa card to buy them, just show them you have it. You never have to use your Visa Card to pay for anything that is considered a perk. Hope that made sense.

Re: Using Disney Visa Rewards at the Park
One time I was given the double discount at WOD. I showed my AP for the discount and then when I paid with my Disney Visa, the cashier told me I get another 10%. I told her I didn't but she insisted. I'm like honest to a fault, but I didn't want to hurt her feelings, so...
