May 5th Micechat Meetup Results!

Hey all, I just wanted to know how the meet-up of all our wonderfull micechatting family went? I hope someone took lots and lots of pictures and has good stories of new found friendships.

I completely missed it...wah!

I was with the group of friends that I came with in Fantasyland at 6:30 when I remembered that I was supposed to have been at the meet at 6 p.m.! DOH!

However, I was looking at the pictures on another thread, and I KNOW that I saw many of the MiceChatters around the park yesterday....but I had no clue, of course, at the time.

It was wonderful to meet everyone! What more perfect way to spend a day, then with good friends at Disneyland?

Yes, thanks to everyone who came to the Main Street Station meet or to any of the DrinkUp meets the night before. It was really nice to meet a bunch of chatters.


(And wow, at the Town Square meet, practically the entire MiceChat staff was there.)

The meets were ALOT of fun.I love meeting up with everyone who's as geeky about Disneyland as I am!!!! I think last night we had 4-5 mods among us. It was FABULOUS!!! I love the Micechatters. You all rock my face off

I agree, I agree... yesterday was a complete blast; I had such a good time. And what a bunch of characters. Such an eclectic group. I've always been told that I have an amazing assortment of friends; my record stands!

This was my third meet, and I'm looking forward to making several of those in attendance yesterday permanent fixtures.

I LOVED the fireworks!!! They were FABULOUS!!!! I loved being around such silly, fun-loving people!!!! I need to upgrade my pass!!! ASAP!!!!

We took the food over to Zokalo. I'm sorry; I thought we'd passed that on to everyone. Things did get a little chaotic near the end of our food-wait when the sky openned up, though. I know Pumpkinking and his friend took off at that point, too.

Again, sorry we got split up. We kept our eyes open for you the entire time we ate.

We had gone over to Rancho del Zocalo. I thought somone had gone over to look for you guys once we realized you didn't make it over to where we were sitting.

There are always more opportunites to meet fellow MiceChatters. The next big meet is Sunday, May 15th.

I had a wonderful time yesterday. Glad to see so many new faces at the meet. I hope I wasn't too loud on Jungle Cruise.

Sorry we split from the meet so early - we were both just too exhausted. We did get to walk right into the Opera House though - that line was for the AP processing.

I thought it was a great experience, sorry I split up from you guys, I had to get away for a while, so I went to DCA, Disneyland was just too freaking packed, especially after the fireworks. Hundreds of people were just standing in the hub shoulder to shoulder. Nobody could move at all for like ten minutes. It literally took me at least 15 minutes to get from the hub to the entrance of Frontierland.

Yeah we split sorry guys but we are gonna meet up as soon as we can again, we both had a blast!

The meet on the 5th was a blast. I think we all need to tank ISM for using some of his karma alotment to get us gold boats on Storybook and the Jungle Cruise.

Man I missed yah guys...I was in that 50th tour..started at 5:40pm.. The tour was aaaaaaalllright.. the rais kinda killed it half way..but the seats we got for the Remember was awesome best seat in the house. We sat in the center of the hub right behind the tv cameras.. All i can say Awesome.. I wish i met most of you.. but if yall were there it was a madhouse during the opening ceremony and the fireworks.. But it was great.. We shoudl have another meet..
