Well, after getting a look at Parade of Dreams and Remember, they've effectively rebranded them from their 50th promotions.
POD:
Julie's gone. They've replaced her with the current "Voice of Disneyland" doing a "Once Upon a Time..." entrance that includes at least one "where dreams come true." Actually, the entrance reminded me of the "Pixie intro" from Light Magic.
Also, the echoing children laughing sound is still in the soundtrack, but no mention is made in the intro.
Remember:
They've done a bit of editing with Ms. Andrews Edwards' soundtrack. It's a little jarring when we're used to the old soundtrack, but it sounds clean enough. (I guess you could do it in GoldWave if you wanted to... actually, I'll try that)
Basically the changes are, Dame Andrews says "In 1955" instead of her first "50 years ago." The words are lifted from her later "In 1955" (Tink's cue).
After e-tickets, in place of the "50 years later..." they've waited a beat, then inserted "Today" taken from the original POD soundtrack. (Today we invite you to celebrate...)
It's a clever bit of rejiggering for a new life of the show.
