I been at Disneyland quite a few times while at capacity, mostly Holidays. What do you think the busiest Holiday is at Disneyland?

Out of the holidays I've been to the park(Easter, Veterans Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Christmas)I would say Christmas. DL was at capacity each of our days there

Single Day counts...
New Years Eve (Resort wide the best in attendance)
July 4th (Disneyland, due to the extend fireworks)
Then selected days between Christmas and New Years Eve

So, if I had to choose between NYE 2005 and the 4th this year, having been there on each, I would say the 4th was heavier. Choices were Christmas eve, day, NYE and NYD. In 2005 none reached capacity. Haha thanks! I really want to go on New Years this year. I have never gone b4 and I think it would be A LOT of fun. I dont care about any rides (because that would be impossible on New Years Eve). We've been doing NYE there since 1998 (except in 2004.) Its great, as long as you are mentally prepared for the crowds. From personal experience - 4th of July weekend is probably the busiest day. Other days are the day after Thanksgiving, the day after Christmas (actually that whole week), New Year's Eve and from what I saw over the weekend Gay Days! lolsigpicComment

I know it is not a holiday for most people (excluding men) but I have been to DLR on Super Bowl Sunday...... and it was PACKED!!! Packed like the middle of Summer on a weekend packed! Worse than New Year's Eve or Day even. I was shocked! But it was great fun.WooHoo!:yea:Comment

When I was there at Christmas it wasn't in 2005 it was either 2003 and they did close the park each or the four days that we were there. And I am aware what the choices were, I was simply including which holidays *I* had personally been there.Originally posted by Malcon10t View Post

New Year's is always a chaotic time in the park.

The worst was probably 2001. Betwween the 26 and 31st, they closed the gates by 11 each day, and didn;t reopen til after 4. On the 31st, I had to call the hotel we were at and have someone go kick my son out of the room so he would be in the park before it closed up. But of that week, NYE is always the worst. And what I find interesting is Thanksgiving and teh day after are not as crowded (but close) but there is something about it that makes that timeframe a little more unbearable.Originally posted by dsnylndmom View PostIf you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE!
