While poking around the internet on some other totally unrelated subject, I stumbled across this:
As you can read, he also worked with Jimmy Dodd on the Mickey Mouse Club 50's television show. So there's that Disney connection too. And he worked for Walt's good friend Art Linkletter on his show too. So you can kinda see how various employment "connections" might have been made.
