Re: New Years 2007-Chep Hotel??
I stayed at the Anaheim Islander Inn on Katella in Feb. and it was cheap and was a decent place. http://www.anaheimislander.com/
The best place to find your way through hotels and prices is http://www.tripadvisor.com

Re: New Years 2007-Chep Hotel??
You better hurry, as last year, at that time, there was not a single room to be had in the City of Anaheim.
Your problem won't be cost, it will be availability. Everything expensive and cheap is selling out fast.
You do realize NYE is only 2 1/2 months away, right?
Anaheim Hilton has the most rooms 1500 or so....so they might still have availability. That one may be price-y, but not as much as the on-property places....and at least they have rooms, usually.
The Fairfield inn has one of the largest capacities, most rooms, in terms of being a budget place. They have 450 ?? rooms.
But, I don't know. That's the busiest week of the whole year for the resort, and you are waiting till the last minute, kind of.
There's always cancellations, though.
But still---it is late, and you're cutting it close.2007 Photos:

Re: New Years 2007-Chep Hotel??
I will add The Alpine is a good cheap hotel, but like Pisces said, rooms are selling out. I booked back in July, and thought that was late. Yes, you can probably still get a room, but decent prices will be getting harder. Last year, by early Nov, many places had a few rooms, but even the Park Vue was charging $400 a night for NYE.If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.

Re: New Years 2007-Chep Hotel??
I would totally give Priceline.com a chance... what do you have to lose?
I know it is a busier holiday but they may still be offering them some block rooms for cheaper than most hotels. If you choose your own price and a 3 star property in Anaheim, you will most likely get something like the Hyatt there on Harbor Blvd.
I've done it, stayed at the Hyatt and saved over $100 before!I'm addicted and I don't care!!! :yea:
