    Where do we go from here?

    So has anyone actually thought about what happens next? The 50th celebration just got underway...refurb lists at Disneyland are now reduced to zero...with the exception of the Nemo Ride...so what do we do now?

    Will threads slow down? not much will actually happen, until the 17th of July...

    The countdown does continue for the 17th but the countdown for the 50th stopped...

    We've all been waiting for this week for a few years...probably since the 48th anniversay when stuff was announced...so what happens next?

    Just a thought...cuz...all that anticipation has come and gone....

    Went to a party the other night
    All the ladies were treating me right
    Moving my feet to the disco beat
    How in the world could I keep my seat
    All of a sudden I began to change
    I was on the dance floor acting strange
    Flapping my arms I began to cluck
    Look at me..I'm the disco duck

    Yeah I was thinking of this too, what will there be to do photo updates and such on?! Oh the madness.

      Well, for Disneyland it appears the list includes:

      - Tweaks for POTC to "update" the ride, in the same spirit of how Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion were tweaked.

      - Nemo Subs

      - A new Peoplemover-esque attraction.

      - Expansion in Frontierland. The rumors are so varied right now that this could be anything, but I think most people realize this area is ripe for expansion.

      For DCA:

      - Monsters, Inc. and Turtletalk

      - Tweaked theming for the Backlot

      - New E-ticket.....somewhere.

          And don't forget -- merchandise. Lots and lots of merchandise to be released. We can talk about how we wish we could afford it all.

              Merchandise! Whoa! it seemed like the stores were cleaned out!! No sizes or stock of things I was looking for.
