So, while cruising the Disneyland website, I came across this little bit of info. I'm glad they are holding the event again. Hubster and I enjoyed it very much. The food, and of course the wine, was all delish.

Re: Food & Wine Weekends 2007
I think next year, I'll try to make it to some of the seminars. A few of the events were pricey, but sure sounded good.
Food...wine...Disney...how could you go wrong with this combination?

Re: Food & Wine Weekends 2007
I went to the event this past year. It was a ton of fun and I actually learned a lot.
I went to a few of the wine tastings and found that my new favorite wines are Riesling and Nivoli. Plus the crowds weren't too bad, so I never got held out of anything.
I also liked the appetizer foods they had available. The Lobster Quesadilla was to die for!
Plus they were doing surveys on it, which I got paid $10 to complete.
Just in case you guys are interested, I still have the map from this year and scanned it so you can see what was going on during the event.

I did take part a bit in DCA's last year, but there is still a lot of room for it to grow. Epcot has the Eat to the Beat concert series which is a lot of fun. I think DCA should add something like that to the event's roster of activities. But at least this year they are sharing about the event beyond APs. Hopefully it will catch on and grow like Florida's has.
