    I know I will get some crap for saying this..

    :blush: But, Was I the only one who was disappointed with Golden Screams? To me it lacks something. Now dont get me wrong, it was cute and was not a tottal bust, I wouldent see it again though. So any thoughts? Also Do you think after halloween DCA will put in a x-mas show in that theater?

    P.S. PLEASE dont think im one of those Disney Haters, I guess I was expecting more. I perfer Golden Dreams.

    I skipped it. It looked cheap. I wasn't going to waste my time with it. If I lived in the area and could go more often I probably would have checked it out.

      golden screams was 20 minutes of my life that I will never have back, by far it was the worst thing Disney has ever created.

        I totally agree with you. I thought it was lacking. I went in expecting to see characters in the show, not just clips. (I know thw Queen of Hearts is at the end, and you can see the villians after) The clips they used weren't even very good.

          I don't want to start a debate here. I've not seen "Golden Screams" but for a variety of reasons Id say it would really have to go some, to be worse than what is regularly shown in that theater, which left me wanting to scream.

              We read the description for Golden Screams and decided to pass. It just looked boring and pointless. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

                I saw videos of it posted by various wonderful MC'ers (thanks you guys) and thought that it is a really cool idea to do a tribute to the villains, but I agree, it is lacking some serious oomph. I think it needs much more original animation that applies directly to this show. Not merely clips and a vote for best villain. Would be great if actual actors could come out and do some audience interaction with the character during their "screen time". Shameless self promotion and the like.

                        I saw it (and didn't wait in line very long for it), and I totally agree with you - it needs something more to make it worth repeat visits. I generally think that video clip showings are a bad idea, even if many of you love those that repeat in the animation building.

                          Worse than just sitting through it, when I went, whoever was running the video kept making mistakes! He/she would stop the video late, or keep it running past the time it should stop. The poor host didn't know what to do, but kept his cool. I would rather ride Superstar Limo than see this again.

                            I know I'm in the minority on this issue, but I really like Golden Dreams.

                            I saw Sadako's videos of Golden Screams....sadly I watched all of them!!! :lol: It was pretty lame. The film clips were waaaaay too long. It was a clever idea that was poorly executed.

                                  I agree that the show is lacking something. We saw it for the first time this past weekend and I guess I was expecting more. What? I don't know but I did leave feeling disappointed.

                                      I was at the park yesterday and was gonna go in, but passed at the last minute. Doubt Ill bother.
