  • holiday tour or lilo & stitch breakfast?

i really wanna do both, but i know i won't be able to..

which do you think is more fun?

there's 3 people that are interested:
me (23), friend (24), and hubby (25). a few celebrations as well: hubby's b-day, friend's 1st time at disney, and mine and hubby's 1 year anniversary.

i've never done either, so i'm curious to see what everyone else has to say....

and if anyone can get prices as well, that would help even more. =P

Been to Disneyland more times then I can count...

Well I have never been on the Holiday Tour nor heard of it, but I have been to Lilo and Stitch breakfast and unless you like character overload and greasy food...I would choose the tour.

    My humble opinion.

Here's my take on it - (and I've never done a tour, so I'm not much help) - the holiday tour is only during the holidays. How often do you get to the park? If it is more than once a year, I'd do the Holiday Tour because you can always do a character breakfast on a different trip.
I love my awesome crazy wonderful friends!!

then 10 seconds later you’d be playing like you were best friends?"

My vote is the holiday tour! They tell you lots of stories about the holidays for different nationalities, holiday details within the park/decorations, and a ride on Haunted Mansion and Small World. At the end of the tour you will have seats for the holiday parade. The chairs are directly across from It's a Small World so it's a beautiful view. You get a pin, a dessert (we got a mickey rice crispy treat) and some nice hot chocolate as well. They also have two groups and some fun things happen "against" each other. Cute when kids are involved! It's just a beautiful tour to take the time and enjoy the details.

I actually found myself deciding on these 2 exact options for my upcoming November trip. I decided against the Lilo & Stitch breakfast, because I wasn't sure if it was even something my husband would be the least bit interested in. Is it weird to do a character breakfast if you don't have children with you?

I just booked my holiday tour a few minutes ago and I am super-excited about it. I am looking forward to my first viewing of the holiday parade and not struggling for a good viewing spot will make it all that much more enjoyable.

          I  the holidays!

It depends on your feelings about the characters. I've loved character interaction since I was a kid, and still do at 3x (a Garden Grill breakfast at Epcot was probably my favorite of all time).

That said, I'd still go for the holiday tour. Just my .015 (adjusted for inflation).

Tour. You can eat at the breakfast any time of the year, but the hoildays are only once a year.

              NO DOUBT SUMMER 09 TOUR!

I have a question regarding the Holiday Tour (sorry to hijack, but I've never been there for the Holidays either!)

Is the parade seating for the 1st parade or the 2nd parade?
Is then when it "snows"? (after the parade) or does it "snow" after the fireworks?

                Thanks!

I can't answer you as far as the "snow" is concerned, because this is the first time I am going during the holidays. However, I can tell you that they offered me 2 tour times, 1:00 and 4:00 (2.5 hr. tour) so it seems they have tours which coincide with both parade viewings.
