Question about Ace Rent-a-Car @ LAX

Don't know if this is in the right spot or not but here goes. My wife and I will be flying into Lax in July and am looking at renting a car from Ace. Was just wondering if anyone has had any experience using them and what you experience was good or bad? Any info would be appreciated.
