Club 33 AA question

A friend of mine once mentioned that she remembered an AA in Club 33 that would interact with guests... It was a bird in a chage... But they took it out...

Does any one have the particulars regarding this feature? I seem to remember someone mentioning something about it...

I want to tell her that she wasn't halucinating and give her back some info on it...

She said it was kinda creepy, because it would invade and join in on people's conversations as if it was part of the party...

Walt Disney designed the trophy room to be interactive with Guests- he placed microphones throughout the room and his plan was to be hidden away in a secret room and talk to his guests via this bird. He died before Club 33 opened, so he never got to use this feature of the room and no one else ever used it either- so she might have been hallucinating if she thinks she saw it working because to my knowledge, the effects were never used in Club 33 around guests. The bird remains and I believe the AA is tested once in a while to see if it still works, but the control room is now used as an office.

originally, 3 animatronics were in Walt's plan for The Club: a Raccoon, an Owl, and a Vulture. The only one that was actually built was the Vulture -- and he still sits perched above the entry to the trophy room (formerly the disney room -- the smaller private dining room at the back side of the club [behind the balcony visible inside the Blue Bayou]). Unfortunately, the vulture does not function...he just hangs out up in the corner staring down at the guests and CMs in silent reflection. He's NOT in a cage, either, btw...but he is on a little "simulated" tree branch.

it was my understanding that the Vulture has the ability to function, but he is not used.
