I've noticed this too. I think all the signs used to say Starspeeder 2000 but were changed after the turn of the century. Don't know why the one outside never got updated.

remember.. Space MT used to say Fed-ex 2000 or something along those lines.... now it says SM 3000

Turn of the centryu.. now 2000 models are obsolete.. so everything got a free upgrade... hehe (think of it as this... everything used to be the model 2000 in the 20th centery.. now it's the 3000 model in the 21st centry....

Also I don't know how new it is but at the doorway of Star Tours they have a new sign that is a flight schedule. It list new flights and arrivials it even list Geonosis as a flight. Which is funny cause in the film it is not even listed in the Jedi archives. But it seems everyone wants to go to the water planet with really bad weather.

A flight to Genosis would be neat. And we get intercepted by the new currently consturction Death Star from ROTS.

ST really needs an update. I don't ride it unless I have company in town.

Anywhere but where we go in the current film is fine by me!

For the longest time, it was my favourite ride at DLP (EuroDisneyland), and then at DL and WDW. Infact, it's still my fav. ride at DL. I always made sure to ride it at least 10 times per visit.

I hate to turn this into me being as geek as possible but.....

Actually the Death Star would not start that early. If the time line is all correct it will still be a few years after ROTS before the Death Star is started. Unless it takes almost 20 years for the first one to be made and then only 3 for the secound one. But we also don't know where the Death Star is being created, but I am sure it is the Mechinics that are building it.

Yeah, it sucks for the contractors of the second death star. Innocent lives had to be lost. Hopefully they all got insurance. (I hope this doesn't reveil how big of a geek I am too :P )

The Starspeeders were listed as "3000" for as long as I can remember. When Fastpass was added a couple years ago, they put new signs out that said "Starspeeder 2000." I think it was an honest mistake that has yet to be corrected.

I think the new arrivals/departures board replaced one of the old safety signs above the entrance to the queue.

Actually Kamino is the planet that was removed from the Jedi Archives. The same watery planet where the Clones were created. Goenosis was the more Mars type terrain where Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Padme were rescued from the arena by the Jedi and Clone Army.

Although I don't know why you would want to go there either, let alone the other wonderful worlds you can visit like Hoth and Tatooine

You're right. I just watched one of my old vids today, and everywhere it says 3000.

perhaps WDW's had fed-ex only.... (Isn't those FP machines being moved accross the walk-way anyway in a few months for buzz.... )

That's not a problem, since the next stop is Main Street Station, which is set in the early twentieth century.

?? Actually, it's said, "Present day" for quite some time now, not 20th century.
