Almost all of the stores sell them.

Anywhere that sells film usually sells batteries. Off the top of my head I know that they sell batteries at the Star Wars store at the exit for Star Tours.
Anything listed on the park maps as an attraction is fair game for inclusion in the Rally.
I cannot confirm nor deny the inclusion of any attraction in the Rally.

I think they sell them at the newstand at the entrance or try the Market House or the Emporium. I think they might sell them at most of the stores. You might need to ask for them though because they might be behind the counter.

My camera uses AA batteries too, and Ive had to buy batteries a couple times there. Every store Ive gone into has had them.

The Kodak shop also. Just be prepared to pay the convenience price...

I know the little hut shop outside the Matterhorn on the way to IASW has them. I saw a guy buying them there over this last weekend. I think (there at least) the AA's only come in four packs and I think the CM told the guy that they were $6.00.

That's where I buy mine, and it's prices are pretty steep.

A wet monkey in the snow.

There, that was my most random answer.

The photo kiosks (like the one nearish to Small World) sell them, as do many of the carts that sell spinny light up things in the evenings.

Batteries are all over, ya just gotta ask.

I always carry at least 1 or 2 extra sets with me, but I use the rechargable ones.
