  • What's the umbrella for?

While sitting on the bench on the castle side of the Peter Pan ride (looking towards the Princess shop) - I noticed a brown umbrella on the roof of the castle - and the door open from the turret thingy. Is this a break area for CMs? Is it someone's office? What is it for?

keeping it simple: it provides shade.

      a gentle reminder...
before someone posts a detailed explanation, please "value the Magic".

          Re: What's the umbrella for?

The poster obviously is curious, and would not mind a small bit of magic being broken. However, since I'm not positive on what it is for, but just a hunch considering I watched when the gentleman walked out there, and when he left -
Is it a work area, not a break area. I doubt they would be allowed to take a break in such a public spot even if only a few people noticed. Though the umbrella does make it more noticable. It probably shades and protects the equipment that is up there along with the person running it.

Indeed it is, if you were walking out of the castle towards the carousel it would be on the left

while i respect the OP's curiosity, it is my hope that the answer is not publicly posted.

you are correct, it is not a break area.

                  There's always the spoiler option..

...Now I'm really curious! I'm going to have to look for it... Especially if I found out what it's for.

There I was somewhere West of Tomorrowland
Flying through the stars just like
                  Peter Pan
I said...Dang this looks too good to be true...

Right... Spoiled Magic equals twice the fun!

Pics would still be great as I can't easily get to Disneyland.

UHHH this makes it sound like YOU KNOW. And you are withholding that information. Information that someone else (hopefully)will not be so eager to withhold. Now I only want to know, because you DON'T want us to know! This site almost makes a point of spoiling Disney Magic on a minute by minute basis! Why should it stop NOW?
It's actually "Cars Land", not "Carsland".
