  • My Experiences with Push, The Trashcan

I've done all my threads about the characters, but this time I'd like to dedicate this thread to my favorite: PUSH, the Talking Trash Can.

I first encountered him back in January 2006. I had come back from the Bathroom near the Plaza Inn, and people were surrounding him. Just then, he looked at my Beatles Ticket T-Shirt, and said "Now it's time for the Beatles." I asked him if he knew any songs, he said no. However, when he left, he sang "Twist and Shout." He also said they play them over at Club Buzz. He also stated that Club Buzz once had the Rolling Stones, but he doesn't know what happend. (Does anybody know if this is true that Club Buzz use to play the Stones?)

On my visit to the Park early on Easter morning, I was walking to Tomarrowland, and Push noticed my Abbey Road shirt, and commented saying that it was one of his favorite albums.

Then, on Labor Day weekend, I noticed Push causing a commotion, and he noticed my Rolling Stones T-Shirt. He went automatically "ooh, the Rolling Stones." I asked if he had any albums, and he said no. However, he did say that I do know... and he sang the beginning of "Start Me Up!"

And that is my experiences with Push.

He claims that he doesn't know any Beatles songs, then goes and sings "Twist and Shout," an Isley Brothers tune that the Fabs famously covered.

        Hence, the confusion.

Actually, Push is great at talking Trash

but he seems to have trouble getting out of the gutter as well...

I heard that he's been known to talk dirty with the trash compactor...
